Identify the way you act, feel and think. This will enable you to understand and work on your strengths and blind spots clearly and effectively.
Thanks to the Enneagram test, which is 95% reliable, you will save time and gain clarity in your own conscious work.

Individual coachingProfile + debriefing + 4 weeks coaching

Once you've discovered your Enneagram profile, I suggest you go on to work consciously on yourself through coaching sessions.
These will provide you with results over time (4, 8 or 12 weeks), as well as answers and tools to put in place on a daily basis.

Team trainingProfile + individual debriefing + group training

Group training can achieve significant results for a team as a whole. Together, we identify each person's blind spots and superpowers in order to determine the team's 'performance anatomy' and make it more effective.
