A path between the personal and the professional
My name is Alejandra Giedelmann, and my journey began on the other side of the ocean. I discovered the Enneagram in 2010 in Colombia at a pivotal moment in my life. I had just become a mother, and amid the turmoil of doubts and questions, I found a tool that would transform my view of the world and myself.
A quest for meaning that led me to explore in depth the mechanisms of human nature, relationships, and the potential for transformation that the Enneagram offers. Since then, I have had the privilege of meeting the leading authorities on the Enneagram: Russ Hudson, Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Dirk Cloete, and his IEQ9 test.

A career rooted in the company
Even before becoming a coach, I was immersed in the corporate world thanks to my father, an entrepreneur in South America in the field of network renovation (water, gas, internet). From a very young age, I was involved in managing his business, which gave me a strong awareness of the practical realities of the professional world.
When I arrived in France in 2015, I was captivated by the desire to integrate this ancestral wisdom into the heart of the professional world by exploring the depths of the Enneagram and delving into the essence of conscious leadership. I decided to train specifically in the Enneagram as applied to the business world.

In 2017, I began working with a Lean Management consultant, a formative experience that allowed me to anchor my practice in real-world challenges. I am also involved in professional training, particularly in leadership development and managerial communication programmes.
My support was initially dedicated to SMEs/SMIs, before expanding to large industrial groups such as Constellium, Total, Eramet, Framatome, Safran, Aalberts, and organisations such as ONFA and CESI.
